Lauren received numerous aquatic honors throughout her high school career. In swimming, she was a four year letter winner. She received All-league, All District One Team, All-State and All-American Honorable Mention honors every year. Lauren was integral part in the team’s four league titles and District Championships in 2005-06 and 2006-07.

During her high school water polo career, she was a three year letter winner, team captain, and played a major role in the 2006-2007 team’s undefeated season, 31-0, and PA State Championship. During her junior and senior year, Lauren received the team’s MVP award, and earned First Team All-League, First Team All-State and First-Team All American honors. As a junior and senior Lauren received the “PA Miss Water Polo Award”. This award is given to the States Top Female water polo player. Her high school athletic accomplishments led her to be North Penn High School’s 2007-2008 outstanding female athletes.

After graduating North Penn, Lauren received a full scholarship to swim and play water polo at Wagner College. Lauren was very successful during her four years at Wagner, receiving academic and athletic honors. Lauren was a four year letter winner, was named First Team All-Metro in 2011 and 2012, and received All-Academic and Honorable Mention All-American Water Polo honors.

Lauren received a B.S. In Elementary Education in 2012 from Wagner College and is currently coaching an Australian Youth Water Polo team at the Canberra W.P. Academy.
