Jason lettered three years in football.  During his senior year he was co-captain of the football team, He won the following end of the year football awards: Special Teams Player of the Year; Lineman award; Defensive player award; Most Valuable Player award. He was also First Team All Suburban One Offensive Tackle and First Team All Suburban One Defensive Tackle.  He was selected Pennsylvania First Team All State offensive and defensive line. Jason was selected to play in the “Big 33” football game in 1995.  In Basketball Jason was captain his senior year. He attended Penn Sate University on a football scholarship and played for the legendary Coach Joe Paterno.  Known for his toughness and strong work ethic, Jason enjoyed a fine career for the Nittany Lions, starting at Defensive Tackle in both the 1998 & 1999 seasons, including a strong performance in the 1999 Outback Bowl vs. Kentucky. In the spring prior to his junior season, Wallace received the Jim O’Hora Award as the Most Improved Defensive Player. Jason graduated from Penn State in 2000 with a degree in Marketing. Jason currently lives and works in Henderson, Nevada.
